We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic team member to join our café! This is a hands-on customer service position where you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Our team members do a little bit of everything—from preparing coffee, specialty beverages, breakfast and lunch items, and ice cream treats to taking orders, operating our Square POS system, keeping the café clean, and helping the team keep things running smoothly during busy periods.

You don’t need previous barista or food-service experience to apply. We’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things correctly, and can stay positive and productive when things get busy.

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our Square POS system
• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, specialty beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks according to our recipes and standards
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and ice cream items with care and attention to presentation
• Process customer payments accurately and responsibly
• Keep work areas, equipment, counters, and dining areas clean and organized
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
• Restock supplies and help keep the café prepared for busy periods
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and help wherever needed
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers
• Learn our menu, recipes, procedures, and service standards and consistently follow them

• Enjoy interacting with people and genuinely care about providing good customer service
• Are friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with customers
• Are dependable and take your work responsibilities seriously
• Learn quickly and are willing to ask questions when you’re unsure

Previous barista or restaurant experience is not required. We will train the right person.

Previous experience in coffee, restaurants, cafés, retail, customer service, or food preparation is helpful, but we're primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic.

Basic math and computer skills are helpful for operating the POS system and handling customer transactions.

 Starting pay: $8.50/hour + tips

The advertised hourly rate is the base hourly wage before tips. Employees have the opportunity to earn additional income through customer tips.

This is a part-time position, approximately 10–25 hours per week. Weekend availability may be required.

Working in a café can be fast-paced. Some shifts will be relaxed, while others will have a line of customers and several things happening at once. We’re looking for people who can keep a positive attitude, communicate with their teammates, and keep moving without sacrificing quality or customer service.
